  • How do I place an order?
    To place an online order for Fat Matt's BBQ products, simply choose the product you would like. Click on the image you like and you will be taken to that product's product page where you will choose the pertinent information for that product, including quantity. Click "add to cart" to add your selection to the shopping cart. Once you have all of your products in the shopping cart, you then follow the prompts to checkout with a credit card. Our shopping cart is securely powered by Stripe.
  • Payment, Shipping & Sales Tax
    We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Shipping rates are calculated based on flat rate shipping with USPS, Priority Mail with a 2 - 10 day delivery range. We do not offer expedited delivery options at this time. Flat rate shipping is the least expensive mode of shipping for our customers throughout the United States. We only ship to the United States. ​ Sales tax is calculated and collected for all purchases made in Michigan, USA at the rate of 6% for non-food grade items.  Secure Ordering Your purchase is made through our secure site powered by Stripe.
  • Fat Matt's BBQ Privacy Policy
    We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile. ​ When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered through Wix.com, including our payment processing partner Stripe, and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.   • Returns & Refunds Policy
    Damaged Items: if your product was damaged during the shipping process, please contact us to initiate return process. You will need to provide photos of damaged product and shipping box for chance at refund/replacement. Unused/Unopened Items: Refund on all unused, unopened (seal not broken) products within 14 days of purchase at your own personal cost. Shipping will be deducted from refund if you received free shipping with your order. Opened/Partially Used: We do not provide refunds on any items opened or used.
  • Where do I find your food truck?
    Great question! We are always on the move and setting up at new locations. You can learn where to find us a few different ways. Subscribe to our Wanna Bone? newsletter for updates on where you can find us each month. Follow us on Facebook to keep up to date on our locations. Click 'Food Truck' on our site menu where we keep our locations up-to-date. We look forward to seeing you soon!
  • Where can I purchase your products locally?
    Great question! We are located in several retail outlets throughout Michigan. Click on our 'Find Our Products Locally' tab in our website menu for a listing of all of our current retail locations. We also provide Nationwide Shipping of our BBQ Sauces, Rubs, and branded Merch.
  • Can I order Fat Matt's online?
    No. At this time, we do not currently offer online ordering for our Food Truck menu. You have to come visit us in person. We promise it will be worth it! :)
